Shipping Policy

All orders before 12pm are shipped out same day. Every order after 1pm will be sent out with the next days pickup, M-F. Once the shipment leaves our office, we no longer have control of the package and it's whereabouts. With any questions, please contact the shipping provider.

Standard Ground

Express

Typically orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours unless otherwise stated in the item description. If we launch a new item it can take a few days due to quantity of orders being received at the same time.

International & Canada

International products ship 7-14 Business days.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping special offers applies only to U.S. and will ship Standard Ground for all orders. 

 

Returns

U.S. orders may be returned up to 30 days from date the package was shipped. Returns must be in new condition, unworn and free of damages – a quick try on is cool, a float down the river, or a sweaty hike is less cool. 

Orders must be returned or exchanged in original packaging or utilize packaging that can safely accommodate the size of item(s) being returned. Item(s) damaged due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund.  With the exception of beanies, improper packaging for hats includes envelopes, poly mailers, bags and/or standard cardboard boxes that do not accommodate the size of the item(s) being returned.

FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  SALE items are eligible for store credit only. We currently do not accept returns for international orders. Holiday Return Window: Any orders purchased between 11/15/25-12/25/25 will be eligible for returns and exchanges until January 31st.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
